Okay who's up for fried bologna sammiches and home fries?

Guess I'm kinda white trash, love some fried bologna sandwiches but didn't know it came in beef or thick cut. Used to the dollar packs... I knew it was to cheap to be real food though.

sure - go to the deli counter at publix and they will cut whatever thickness you prefer.

Shoot man, we fry bologna quiet often. I even got em all eating fried spam (cheaper than bologna ).

I like that German Bologna it's called Wunderbar .. has a better taste than boars head imo ...and it cheaper ....

Buy you a whole tube of uncut balogna and smoke it with some hickory and pecan soaked in apple juice. Then slice it ½"-¾" and sear it good.... Yum yum
