It's kicked my butt. Watched our grandson in Auburn, Al, for five days the end of last month. The pollen there was terrible. Wound up with a sinus infection with fever the first week of this month. Still hacking up crap in the mornings. Hadn't been this bad for me in over a decade.

Ragweed later in the year gets me. Nasacort daily is what I take and nearly stops the sneezing.

The pollen used to really kick my ass bad to the point of a raging sinus infection no matter what meds I used. December 2020 i had my sinuses scrapped out. Now I take 1 Claritin, Flonase, and sinus rinse before bed and no more problems.

I also used to get a sinus infection couple times a year. About 3-4 years ago I started using honey in my coffee and flonase when needed and haven’t had one since. I will use sinus flush if really stopped up

Killing me but at least when I go to Walmart I can get in and out quickly all I have to do is sneeze and it's like Moses parting the Red Sea people scatter. Have to find the positive.

Cannot take any decogestants, use NAC instead. It works.
