Truck looks good. And if you're going to spend that type of money you could always buy a separate wheel/tire combo for mud.

I concur. For the amount of depreciation cars/trucks get and for what they cost now a days, I'd rather drive an older 90's Truck knowing it'll only go up in value along with the property.

Plus that monthly income will be nice to have for funding my gun addiction *ahem* I mean collection in retirement.
