Is the gas block pushed all the way back? There should be a gap between the block and shoulder, maybe the width of a DL. If it's all the way back your gas port is obstructed.

Ok, @Countryboy 1980 is going to adjust the gas block tonight and I am going to oil (or maybe even Froglube the crap out of the BCG) and will test again on Wednesday.

But if the rounds aren't even being picked up as the bolt is manually cycled, it sounds much more lack and extractor problem than a gas issue.

Both are issues present. When being fired, it was picked up 4/5 times, just not enough pressure to fully cycle the bolt. I have no idea why that changed when manually cycling?
