Is the gas block pushed all the way back? There should be a gap between the block and shoulder, maybe the width of a DL. If it's all the way back your gas port is obstructed.

Ok, @Countryboy 1980 is going to adjust the gas block tonight and I am going to oil (or maybe even Froglube the crap out of the BCG) and will test again on Wednesday.
