Dang. I efiled one on the 28 of December and it came back approved Jan 26. Fastest I have ever had one come back.

Did they say what was up?

So they are denying rights because they are too covered up with forms? People are already used to waiting 1-2 years but now they just cancel them and refund it?

Just told me it was due to a backlog. Now I am wondering WTF.

They didn't refund mine. It still shows as pending on the eforms site. When I contacted them they said it was delayed due to backlog. After what BigMike just said it makes me wonder what is going on. I have 4 other stamps and am a licensed dealer. I can't imagine any problems with background check.
