They lost my Hazmat stuff at the Kennesaw hub for about a week. It was not until I told them I had to notify the FBI and ATF that it was lost did it magically show up the next day.

The ground drivers are ALL contract workers. The miss delivery dates every single week. I used to ship with them because they were cheaper. But I can now get a great UPS rate through ship-station.

A package left Sandford Florida coming to Atlanta. It took 14 days by way of Washington state.

This is a national problem. Hire contractors and this is what you get.

USPS isn't much better.

Sent a package to a residential address just outside NYNY. Dropped out off Thursday afternoon. It was delivered Saturday before noon.

Oh wait, that is what's supposed to happen!

 

[Two Foot Groups]

I've had an ammo order that was shipped 2 weeks ago. All fedex can say is "it's in transit ".
Last week they delivered an order of medical supplies in a compact package...it wasn't compact when it was shipped.
