Anyone care to explain how it is blocking the magwell? Trying to envision it in my head and cant understand how a backwards trigger guard can stick out into the magwell? Seems like it could just be left as is, but i guess im not getting it.

I would have sacrificed the trigger guard and pin before I tried drilling that pin and boogering the hole on my lower :0(

And by sacrifice ,I mean dremel\cut the guard ,then the pin .

heat it up with a heat gun, then freeze it with canned air turned upside down then yank or punch it out
