I bought some of these a while back and they are crazy lightweight, and absolutely destroy milk jugs filled with water.

50gr, 2,000+ fps out of a pistol, 2,600 fps out of a carbine in this video.

I don’t see many people talking about it, but it seems like a devastating round to me.

It is a niche round, but shouldn’t it be more popular?

I usually carry HST 124gr +p in 9mm. It’s a fine round, but I am inclined to change it up to the Liberty Civil Defense.

Recoil is not more noticeable to me, when comparing to other 9mm+p rounds. They are also accurate.

I’ve never seen a bad review or much of anything negative discovered or discussed about them…Other than maybe price. It isn’t that expensive compared to many others…

What am I missing?

I would suggest you try them in smaller lighter carry guns first.

Way too snappy in my P365 and Hellcat, hard to make a second shot in a reasonable time compared to a 1100 fps ish 124 gr JHP for me.

Unmanageable in my pocket 380's for me.

Your mileage may vary.

If weight is an issue, try some aluminum cased JHP's, they are noticeably lighter than their brass counterparts.
