A friend of mine had this ^. Body aches, fever, and loss of taste and smell....but no chest, no sore throat. Pretty sure she had it. Quarantined herself for 14 days and all is well.

Same here. Daughter of wife's best friend lost sense of smell and felt horrible along with several of her coworkers. All young, all living in NY, none went to the doctor and all waiting for their sense of smell to return. Scary part -- they are all chefs. No smell no job.

Whelp.....that ain't the 'Rona I'm probably going to get. I'm 43, weigh 300 pounds, with (treated with meds) high blood pressure. I accept its my fault for letting myself get this way. So fingers crossed the treatments are the game changer miracle we need.
