Coinbase stock

Couldn't invest in $COIN before its IPO because we were not able to meet the accredited investor definition.

The SEC says these rules are designed to protect uneducated investors. :caked:

Just more lost opportunity because of another inept government organization.

SEC approved listing on nasdaq. Going on sale April 14th in a direct listing instead of IPO. Anybody considering getting on boardhttps://www.google.com/amp/s/mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKBN2BO6PA

I would be careful on this as the usual hype drives up a stock where the original investors that are already in will sell their shares almost right away. To me the smart move would be to give it a few weeks or limit what you invest right away. "eggs all in one basket" The more hype there is the more cautious you should be. That doesn't mean that long term this could not be a great investment. It's just the first few weeks more often days after the initial offering the stock tanks and then stabilizes. Hate to see anyone lose a bunch of cash. My two cents
