ive always had an interest in old guns, I have an original confederate muzzle loading rifle from the civil war coming to me someday, it was my great grandfathers, it was passed down to him over generations

Yes me too, I have my grandfathers old dbl that I would like to restore for a wall hanger. A forum like that may lead me to someone who has or knows where the parts can be found.

Could a C&R / Antique work for folks? Personally I am most interested in 50-100 year-olds -- less so 100+. But I think in general it is a good idea.

Doesn't matter to me. I like older guns, but I browse the forums using the "what's new" button and try to see all the threads, whatever the forum.... (I have no life, and spend *far* too much time here)
