This morning:

Got the Excalibur cranked up at 9:15 this morning.

I have the best smelling kitchen in Johns Creek right now! Man, it really smells good.

12 hours and we'll have a range report.

First time ever making beef jerky. I used a recipe I got from a ODT member and it turned out AWESOME!! Made 5lbs of good bottom round and it’s almost gone already. I will making it again next weeks for sure.

Used recipe from Samjo and it was perfect. Used my gas oven at 170 degrees and it took about 4 1/2hrs per rack. Turned out perfect.

Just reminded me....last batch I made, I vac-packed some and put it in the freezer. I'm going right now and get it out!!
