Bean boots are not known for their arch support. You would need to take out the removable insert and replace it with a comfortable insole. They are designed to be worn while working in and around water and wet areas. The tread is designed to give traction in slippery conditions.How are the insoles in these, do they have much arch support? Are they removable?
