Reading the complaint and examining the evidence shared this seems like a case of the BATFE wanting to have their cake and eat it too. They want it both ways. A trust is not a person and a person can not make a machine gun yet at the same time now a trust is a person, therefore a trust can't make a machine gun.

Over a month ago the FOIA was filed and appears to have been ignored by the BATFE.
