I wish we could get an outdoor range closer to Atlanta. South River, Riverbend, or the Griffin Gun Club would be great, and I think the lines would be full or close to it every event.

If you know of a youth group, or boy scout troop that would like to learn what we teach, get in touch with me.
Our course of instruction won't earn a merit badge, but it goes further in what it teaches. I'm told we are working on approval from BSA, but for now it would just be for fun and knowledge.

Aren't you an hour from Toccoa? My closest one is an hour away and it's worth the drive.
Food for thought- We have known and unknown distance clinics for riflemen that go to 500 yards and sometimes beyond. I ranged a target, using only my scope reticle, and hit it at 673 yards with a 16" AR. That ping, that took about 2 seconds to reach my ears, is the second most satisfying sound I've ever heard.
