Any reduced recoil load data for 35 or 45/70 contender

For 35 Rem: plinking load in the 35 was a 125 gran cast bullet sized to 358 and either 6.0 of Trail Boss or 5.5 of Red dot
Honestly, I spend more time with my Bain & Davis and shoot 100 yd. for accuracy

My all time favorite load for the 45-70 is a 405 gr cast with 36.2 gr 3031 powder. It will kill anything in North America and not kill the shoulder. Groupd well too. Wallacem in Ga

I've used unique in 45-70. Really mild. I'll have to look up my data when I get home.
