Am I allowed to drive this car?

I just bought a car with a TN title. I went today to get its emissions check and title/tag but, the office was closed. My question is this car allowed to be driven? Ive already gotten it insured. I know you have 7 days to get it tagged but, I don't know if an out of state title would affect that.

The ladies at the Peach Co tag office recently told me that since the law change in March of 2013 it is not 30 days anymore it is now 7 days. I THINK you still get 30 if you bought the vehicle from a new/used lot since it often takes them more than 30 days to process the documents.
I don't live up in emissions country so I can't answer that part. But you can drive it as long as it has mandatory minimum liability coverage. Now if you get pulled over after the 7 days you CAN get a pretty expensive tag ticket. ( $172.00 in Perry/Houston Co)
