A person without a GWCL?

I know person without permit can have weapons in their own property like car, work and home. Does that mean I can have it hidden in my car say under the driver seat? I was at Adventure outdoors and I overheard a guy saying without a license you have to have it in plain sights in your property...

So what is considered concealed and not concealed? Say if you wanted to go to the range, alot of people have gun bags... wouldn't carrying that be concealed?

I believe sporting purposes are different. I was given permission by a lgs owner while leo was in there to bring in my pistol to size it for a holster. As far as property goes, we have the castle doctrine...

New GA laws allow you to carry it anywhere in the vehicle, including under the seat. Only exception is say a hidden compartment, which is illegal anyhow.
