41P final ruling

curious to see how adding someone to an existing trust with existing stamps will be handled. Even if they require fingerprinting, it seems it would be better to buy/transfer with only one trustee and, once you have what you want, add others to the trust.
 
Skimming through the ruling it appears that they defer a lot of the requests for modification of existing NFA rules to the Congress, citing that the ATF does not have the authority to make such changes to NFA regulation. (Yet they are making these changes?!)

On the bright side (whoopee), they indicate that the new regulations will not be retroactive to existing trusts. Only those going forward from the effective date.

ATF change their mind? NEVER!!
 
There's a article somewhere that said that even if 41P passes that trust would still be better than going individual. I have to find it
