I was reading it and it had a signed date but it didnt seem like it was in the register yet, which is when the 180 days starts. I could be misreading it though.

I do believe I am going to pull the trigger on the 45 can @DogLegArms has been tempting me with. I can't think of anything else I need, but I do see myself removing my dad and wife from my trust. Actually, I will probably leave them on my trust and just go the individual route from here on out.
