I am loading 180 grain Nosler Accubonds at around 3130 from a 26 inch barrel Remington 700 with a detachable mag. I seem to like guns I can remove the mags from lol

Thanks for posting this project. It was fun and informative to follow along and give out a little ribbing here and there. Nice to see others who aren't afraid to rescue a Bubba and tinker it to their own liking.

I showed the rifle to my gunsmith today. His response was now your hooked lol. Overal impression of the rifle"if you don't them it has been reblued they will probably never know the difference". He said it looked good.
