Remington 700 scope base screws

Hey I'm looking for someone who can help out with some really stuck scope base screws and possibly removing the factory barrel.

Who put the screws in? They shouldn’t be that hard to get out unless somebody put red locktite on them
If they are you might have to put a little heat on them to get them out.

Awesome how much would yoll charge for that?

depends on bench time. One of the gunsmiths would be doing that work not I, but the minimum shop charge is 45 dollars.
