Woke up early this morning around 2:00 am with a terrible case of shakes and freezing to death, couldn't stop shaking and couldn't get warm. My wife got up and got me some blankets, I'm usually very hot nature. Took me 45 minutes to settle down. feeling ok now buy not perfect. Went fishing Friday and got pretty hot. Has anyone else experienced this.
I don't have sugar but have cut back tremendously on sweets.

Happens to me when I spend a lot of time outside in the heat.

This didn't start until I got into my 60's. I drink a lot of water and take supplements, don't know why it happens, but it does. Getting old is a bitch.

I have to pee a lot, and have kidney stones a lot and could be that too.

Your body might be fighting an infection. Wouldn't hurt to check in with the dr in the next few days.

Yes sir, I'll soon be 66 and the brain says you can do it but the old body say I told you not too.

We aren’t as infallible as we once were . Take it easy and don’t overdo stuff.
You aren’t an old man but you probably aren’t a spring chicken either !

I don't know if it may be connected or not but....I have been wakin up at almost exactly 2 AM to take a pee....when I usually don't.
