ODT is chock full of them. Buy a used gun and you'd be amazed what extra gun-smithing you might get for free!

No one that I know of does free transfers anymore. Id like to think the price of a transfer won't make or break a deal on a firearm.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say if the transfer fee is a deal-breaker you probably can't afford the gun.

The only thing I can think of to contradict this is maybe the OP is buying a collection and the seller wants it transferred.
