Those chops were pretty darn good too.

Wangs again. From Sams. They were somewhat frozen when I separated the flats and drums. Won't do that again as I got some funny looking cuts. Thaw first completely. A little Mrs.Griffin's dry rub is all put on these as I'll sauce them after cooking.

These were chops from the other night. Marinated in some dales and smoked (tinfoil cup of hickory chips) and Kingsford until done.View attachment 4751924
