Soak it in salt water and your preferred seasoning for at least 30 min -1 hour and put on grill in husks. cook evenly all sides till husks are dry, corn will steam cook on the inside. THATS how we roll!

Leave it in the husk!!!! If you take the husk off it will burn before the corn is ready, cook it till the husk starts to turn black and it will be ready. We cook it all the time like this.
