What's on the grill today fellas?

I've had a venison hind quarter brining in water with salt and sugar and other spices all week.(bone removed) pulled it out and dry rubbed it. Tomorrow I will wrap in 2 packs of bacon and smoke for about 12 hours. When it comes off, fork tender and juicy. My wife doesn't like deer, but will eat this. The best part are the sandwiches I will have for lunch next week.
 
Ive sorta been slacking with my grilling. I have a feeling this weekend there will be way too much food cooked to consume in one setting.

Put that ol dirty bird on the grill with some beer under that ass. It was delicious with the box au gratin potatos
