What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Doing a brisket on the Webber, this is my 1st attempt at a charcoal snake which is simple so far.

Yessir! Slap that Scorpion rub on a thick ribeye and grill that thang up!
Man I was already there! Wife picked up 3 ribeyes yesterday. That rub is excellent. I let ‘em sit with Scorpion on them and warm up for several hours. Then hit the griddle full of hot bacon grease! And put some Q Nami on onion. So darn good.

Glad you liked it man!! I honestly haven't used nothing else on my steaks in the past year.
