What does your fitness routine look like?

Eating clean(ish) and rock climbing. I don't care if you're vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, keto, paleo, pescatarian, omnivore, or just don't care anymore. Getting rid of processed foods, additives, and the hidden sugars is the important part. Eat fresh, organic, preferably grown by you. It'll make more of a difference than any fad diet.

And I love rock climbing. Works your whole body, encourages flexibility, increased stength to weight ratio, balance, mental calmness, and problem solving. And it's a useful outdoor skill if you live in a mountainous area.
