What can i do to make gas mileage and maybe horse power better?

If you haven't already done so.. Swap to synthetic oil.. I use amsoil and squeaked out a couple of mpg.. And changed it once a year so that's not a big hit on the wallet.. Keep everything lubed up.. AFE pro s dry reusable filter would be rhebother thing I would do.. Won't screw with the MAF and is washable so that saves money too.. Plus what all the other folks said.. My .02
