Do they have a retention screw?

The holster is a snap and pop fit. There is no retention screw, but if I compare it to Blackhawks holster for instance, their holsters highest level of retention (minus the locking device) is weaker by far. I ran a Woody Holster on missions in tactical vehicles in Baghdad Iraq and never had an issue with it. Those vehicles are cramped and there are a lot of things to hook a pistol on so I feel these are a good holster. Other co-workers would be in helicopters with open doors flying all day and their holsters were working out for them so these are pretty capable duty holsters IMO.
