My boy landed a few redeye bass, this one being the largest at 12". Great fighters.

The only white bass landed that morning. Sure was chilly. We were cold having our feet in the water paddling 'round the river in a yak. But my boy landed this 12" white bass so our chilly adventure was worthwhile. Heck even if he hadn't caught this fish spending a few hours in a yak, shivering from being cold, not a bite nor a strike for 2 hours before this fish still was one for the memory book

went back down to charlie elliot this morning. 6.5lb hybrid and a 5lb largemouth. got another solid 4lb hybrid also.

Great catch. I caught my best Largemouth there. What lake has the Hybrids? I didn't know they had stocked them.

they are thriving in bennett. and i think they put them in a few others also, not sure. i mainly stick to fishing bennett when i go down there.

That's great news! I haven't been there in a long time, but Bennett is my go-to lake at Charlie Elliot. Sounds like it might be time to dust off the Yak.

Run to oconee today for a quicky got there at 10-left at 230 took a ol fellow I think he’s 78 caught 22 had a couple 10# ers
