I like my 1911's also, I have several Colts, Smiths, Desert Eagle, Rugers, Kimbers. But a Glock is the go to gun that is always flawless when your life is on the line

Well if you ask about 75% of the ODT single stacks insufficient, personally I'm ok with 7+1.

No doubt. If a pistol doesn't carry half a box of 9mm in its double stack mag then it's no Bueno to many here. I own what feels right and I can shoot well. One of my favorites is my P228. But it only holds a measly 13 rounds so it barely qualifies as a carry weapon for most ODT operators!
