and HIPAA was signed long before Obama was in office. The law has the date in it....this clause was for our friends in the Secret Service to look and see if you are a threat to a protectee...that is just the law, you can refuse to sign it but it will not stop the USSS from obtaining histories if they have "cause".

meh, they think you are a threat (and have very remote cause) and they have it. One real by-product of "Obamacare" is centralized electronic records that will make access to most all Americans records and few keystrokes away. Privacy is dead.
