I had rather camp where I don't have to pay.

I am up for cold weather camping. Depending on distance.

Again, BUYING firewood for a survival trip? Federal property is not the only land with trees.

We ain't buying wood, firewood will be donated and delivered by an ODT member if we choose to go to Johns Mtn.Anybody going or just talking about how they would do it? Me,John,Will,Ken.......well?

I kinda like the idea. Although I can't say I will make it until closer to January. In case you guys don't know there is also a 100yd outdoor range at Johns Mtn.

That's pretty sweet. Instead of buying the firewood, we can shoot the firewood. Hell, this way, I don't even have to swing that big ol ax will brought last weekend.

If something don't change soon there will be a ban on outdoor fires anyway. We are in a drout ya know.
Then how ya gonna stay warm? Any big leg women running loose in the woods that time of year? Those skinny ones just absorb the heat you give off.

That hatchet is no joke. I saw one he sold last month for $85. the price has gone up on those some.

The fire hawk is a small beast
