did you get your HAM license? at the time, i had problems with the morse code requirement. 2 meter license should be sufficient for SHTF.

I think you're right about everything you have posted, but you've overlooked one very important factor for those of us that are on the north side of Atlanta. We will have to get through Atlanta, or around Atlanta. Neither of the two will be a simple thing to do, as all of the main hwys will be closed down around the metro areas and the good roads around the metro areas will be a great place for the scum to sit and wait.
The other thing that you've not thought about is the rest of the country that's just north of the Mts. I personally think that a plan that includes north and south Georgia areas would be a good idea. After all all plans are great until you implement them right?
not sure how things got off base, but i thought this was training with each other and sharing knowledge that would be useful, to me it does'nt matter north or south, once Ive got the knowledge i can make my own decision which way to go and what route to get there, lets mix-it up... so anyway im still in...
We need name for the group, nick names for each other, and awesome patches.

4th the water treatment plants or reservoirs that are unguarded
5th processing plants
6th electric sub stations
So, I'm gonna need some truck drivers, mechanics, carpenters, nurses, emts, electricians, water treatment specialists, logisticians, process engineers/techs; food, clothing, chemical. Local power techs to include high line journeyman and handymen and anyone who's not too fat and can shoot straight or be a meat vest for any of the aforementioned.
