I got my PC Model 27-8, five inch, some new shoes. They are Culina, Exhibition Grade, N frame, Coke profile, made out of English Walnut grips, checkered with medallions. What do you all think?

The S&W Model 27-8 was produced by the Performance Center for Lew Horton distributing. It was sold as a Registered Magnum and came with a factory certificate. Only 258 were made in blue with a 5 inch barrel. This particular reintroduction to the Registered Magnum has an 8 shot cylinder and is cut for use with or without full moonclips. Although the gun isn't a real Registered Magnum from back in the day, it is a modern rendition. So are the grips, and equally unique. I think its a match made in heaven.

John Culina does exceptional work. Those grips look wonderful on your Smith. I have done business with John for many years, and he never ceases to amaze me. Congrats on the grips.
