    Beef Sausage -
    Brushed w/ Dales
    Sear plates w/ RecTec @ 400*
    First turn @ about 5 mins
    Second turn about the same
    Heat the Kraut

    Stick a fork init.....

    Damn I love this grill!

    Hell ya! Love sausage and kraut! Did some chicken breasts on my RT590 tonight. Best grill for the money out there. I know what I got!

    My step dad was half Polish. We had kielbasa and kraut with mac and cheese at least 2 times a month. Still one of my favorite meals.

    Mother was half German and we had kraut and sausage with potato Salad about one night a week ! Great meal! Wife usually fixes it a couple times a month! Kraut is good for stomach!

    I farted just looking at that. I could eat that all day, every day (but there are a lot better sausage options than Hilshire Farms).
