Why rinse? I mean like, what does that do for the taste or what?
I’ve never rinsed, just drain and cook
Some people don't like the vinegar taste.
I do, but people in my family don't.
We do cabbage and sausage or kielbasa regular. This was the remnants of tonight's supper..
Sure beats Kimchi
I take a full can of kraut and put it in a pot with lid and a whole link of kielbasa goes in there. Guldens mustard on the side and you're good to go.
I like Kimchi too......
