Smoking spatchcock chickens

I just put 6 spatchcock chickens on the smoker. 3 BBQ and 3 Lemon Pepper for dinner and meals later. I figured about 3 hours at 265 should be good and keep them tender and juicy. Anyone ever done these and does that time seem about right for 5# chickens? Pics to follow in a little while.
