shootout with the BATFE in AR

I'd think I'd rather die as a hopeful martyr in an attempt to take as many as I could before facing the weight of the government only to get my turds pushed in during prison.

Trust me I am not judging anyone or the decisions they make. Just wanted to make sure that all the right thought processes were in place before a decision is made that there was no turning back from. I am a true believer in Jeffersonian democracy. So yes the tree of liberty quote rings very true.

I'm not doing anything that will attract unwanted attention, at least I don't think I am. But worst case I'm not being taken alive.

What do you suppose the ultimate outcome would be if you armed yourself and started shooting ATF agents? At what point do you realize that the ninja’d out black guys have ATF /SWAT/POLICE in 4 inch letters on their uniforms?

When you do realize that the large team with heavy plates is law enforcement, how do you expect to stop? Do you just stop shooting and put your hands up?

After you dropped a few, do you think the rest of the team is going to be good with taking you into custody? Or more likely they’ll drop you at first opportunity

You know the outcome. Its what happened to this Executive, David Koresh, Randy Weaver, Breonna Taylor....

At least justice was served with Randy Weaver and Breonna Taylor.

This incident made the news. Many others like it happens every day across the country. Same MO shot in the head by ATF or collections confiscated without charges or pending charges. Gun owners forced into becoming informants, lives destroyed.
There is a win win for the ATF under the weaponized Biden version, kill or destroy. Either way they win. Has been the same story since Waco only with more "sovereign immunity" aka "qualified"immunity. To them, gun owners are "hoarders" and collectors or traders, "large quantity purchasers" nothing but "stock pilling weapons and illegal gun dealers responsible for private sales that end up on the street.
Extreme left wing judges blinded by ideology are more than willing to sign any warrant that matches their agenda. There is absolutely nothing they will not do say or make up in order to eliminate the gun owners and gun ownership in US and achieve their goal witch is socialism, by any means. Just look at what they did to Trump...

I've always said that if all they can do is kill me then okay fine. But it's the Fed SuperMax miserable subhuman existence that I can't stand the thought of.

well said, they also look at it as a win win if the owner shoots at ATF agents im sure. Get a good headline " ATF Raid results in shootout with suspected arms dealer in Arkansas, ATF Agent injured but expected to recover" looks like they are stopping crime by getting at the source but in reality this dude probably had purchased a piece of plastic or potentially possesses something the ATF doesn't deem legal anymore today.

If this guy was really a threat, why wouldn't they just snatch him while he's at work, conducting the house warrant simultaneously. He's not some street thug the dude works a 9-5. Its basic cop work but then again, we have to remember who we are talking about

No knock warrants are very rare these days and are seldom used anymore only being issued for extreme situations mainly because they are just outright dangerous for everyone involved. Comes as no surprise that ATF is still using them.

It's all about the headlines and look at us we are doing a good job, give us a higher budget next year, etc
