Holler. There were two and I 'thought' I got them both (.22lr no recovery). Not sure if one survived or if this is yet another one. Years ago there was a real shiney one with a white chest chevron. THAT is the one I wanted. These are the more typical smokey black color.

We shot a buck like that 25 years ago in GREENE COUNTY, took it to the check in at redlands now, was told this was a parasite,
they said they suggested we not eat it. We agreed, and they did not make me use at that time 1 buck tag we had.
They cut the area and it poured infection and it really stunk.
