PSA is the bestest

I don't know who y'all were dealing with as reps, PJ and Brent are the two I know that work Georgia and both of them have always responded back to my calls or emails within 24 hours.
Yes, and John who has been there since the beginning but they are dealer sales reps and not CS reps.

Yeah I know that, but if you're a dealer they are your customer service rep also which is why I was wondering why it would take 8 weeks to get a response from them for a dealer.

I generally try to stay out of these stupid arguments but I am going to say this much. PSA absolutely is the best in it's price range. It is as good as or better than Smith and Wesson M&P, Ruger, Delton, Bushmaster, ATI, Windham, Anderson, Bear Creek, Radical and a whole host of others. They are not Colts, FN, Bravo Company, Sig Sauer, LMT or higher tier but they are also half the price or less than all of those. Some of you who claim to see more problems from PSA it is because they put out a lot more products than many of the others. Even if their failure rate is the same percentage as some of the others, when they put out 10 times as many products it only stands to reason you would see 10 times the failure rate. I have been selling PSA since shortly after they opened their doors. At least 11 years now. I have seen 3 or 4 problems returned to me in all that time and several of those were due to shooters with little or no experience with the platform. I had one bolt out of spec once and one with a broken extractor. Off the top of my head those are the only two that were problems caused by manufacturing and both were parts that were sourced elsewhere for PSA to complete their rifles back years ago before they started making most of their own parts. Trashing what other people spend their money on is nothing more than childish in my opinion. I will continue to sell PSA and I will continue to stand behind them just as PSA does.

I know that you know that. I was saying that I don't know what kind of service one would get from retail customer service since I have never dealt with them.

Gotcha. Seems hit or miss, depending on if they like you or not. My only experience with the was back in 2014 like I posted earlier, they took care of me no problem.

ODT logic means you need a $ 2000 gun to bust a cap in someone's a$$. HI-points and PSA's will not do the job after you waste 5000 rounds f n around at the gun range like real operators do.
Lets don't forget the dreaded Taurus.

I'm very glad you have had limited issues with them. I'd say then it's just me, but I know that's not the case.

I'll agree 100%, PSA is the BEST in its price range, absolutely. It is NOT just as good as higher tier guns, and that's where I speak up and say something.

I have personally seen these issues from PSA, where I ordered directly from them... starting back in 2010, when they really only did parts...

Several lower parts kits missing complete sections:
1. Missing the entire mag catch parts.
2. Missing the entire take down pins.
3. A USED buffer was included in my most current order that I receivedSaturday, which was SKU 600, FDE MOE lower parts kit. Everything else was fine, and I won't be returning it simply for a used buffer but still.

Other issues:

Complete lower that didn't have the castle nut staked.
Complete lower with the hammer and trigger springs installed incorrectly
Complete lower that appeared to be missing the gold pins for the take down pins, but upon breakdown, where installed first, then the springs.

Complete upper with canted FSB.
Complete upper missing the gas tube.
BCG where the gas key wasn't staked
BCG where the gas key was staked but still loose and rattled ( to be fair, I looked @ a LMT rifle last month that had the same issue)

That's 10 issues, that all happened to me. This is not second hand. I could 10x this list second hand.

Most of the issues happened 2010 to 2014 with the missing parts kits happening 2019/2020 and the 2024 used buffer.

I went to PSA directly to fix my issues, if I didn't fix them myself. Which might explain why you have only seen 4 issues. Maybe PSA hates me, even though I have friends that are happily employed with them now, lol.
