Well I'm three hours in and now I'm thinking that this cut of meat isn't a chuck roast...I knew it looked a bit leaner than a normal chuck roast but now I'm thinking it's a bottom round roast.

Oh well...Glad I put the butter in there. And I hope it breaks down enough to be good.

rax_wall showed me this last year. I think I made it 4 times in 6 weeks. It came out differently everytime bc of the marbling in the meat. Get one that has enough fat in it!
