Its been a little more than a year since the competition. How is everyone doing? I ballooned back to 234 after my knee surgery and general lethargic living, but have been working on getting back down to weigh in weight. Im @ 196 this morning (190 @ competition end). Havent done anything to getting ripped, but there is always hope (that I get off my butt and do it...)
I think it's harder to keep off than to lose it. Old habits die hard, and gaining weight is frigging insidious. I didn' realize I had gotten back up to 230 until I found my favorite belt was shrinking.
It's all about understanding how your body knows it's hungry and a couple of tricks to make you only eat when you are hungry and only what you need to be comfortable.
