Every credential this guy has right down to his college transcript is a hoax. That being said his mother was a US citizen though not a very good one so that makes him a citizen.
I am way more worried about George Soros' involvement in determining what constitutes "fake news" on the horizon.

There was a, technicality at the time of Barry's birth that would dq him from citizenship if he was not born in the U.S. The law is the law...

The importance is that of his non citizenship is recognized, his presidency would be void as would everything he did while in office. Goodbye executive orders, goodbye Obamacare.

The problem is, there is not enough spine in our Congress to see this through.
