I am not big on seafood. some are slightly craby? some more like chicken. but i can't help pick what i find kayaking. it's all meaty tasting fungus. They have many medicinal benefits, good stuff!Nice, I only found and cooked a few. Nothing like those you have but I did find a nice Lions Mane. They are excellent.
