Taquitos...bake them & throw then in a casserole dish with a can of enchilada sauce & a bag of Mexican shredded cheese...bake enough to melt the cheese...will make you wanna slap yo mama!

I call em Bankhead Enchiladas...yup, I grew up in the hood...funny isn't it...

Favorite dude food: Highschool Nachos

Place tortilla chips on plate
Cover liberally with cheese
Microwave till acceptably melty but not frying.
Take chips out
Stuff face
repeat

I do this when wife is not gonna be home for dinner, although I layer it. Chips, cheese, chips, cheese.
