If you get to Kennesaw area contact me. My parents house is RIGHT in the middle of where ALOT of Civil War was fought. Especially at base of Pine Mtn where General Leonidas Polk was killed. They live about 3-4 miles from Kennesaw Mtn Battlefield. Ive always wanted to do some metal detecting at their house. You can still see the entrenchments that were dug when the Union was firing artillary up onto the Mtn.
