To buy from an ffl here I do not need a ga drivers license just 90 days of bills to prove residency.

I can see where non_FFLs would definitely have a roblem selling to you. The law requires same state residency and without a GA DL or ID proving that MUST be hard. I have always had to show my GA DL at my FFL so it's a wonder you can even buy at one of them without a GA issued ID of some sort.
